Cooking Instruction
- First add water in a pot , Ratio of water to tapioca is 8:1.
- After the water is fullied boiled then add the tapioca pearls. Keep stirring while water is boiling and until the tapioca peals are floating on the surface of the water .
- Reduce heat to a low flame and continue to cook for 3~35 minutes (depending on the size of the pearls).
- Turn off the heat and remain the pearls inside the pot and keep the cover of pot to be fully closed.
- Scoop pearls out of the pot and rinse with cold water.
- Tapioca pearls can be served with hot or cold beverage , eaten alone , or served as a partner of your favorite.
