Cooking Instruction
First add water in a pot , Ratio of water to tapioca is 8:1.
After the water is fullied boiled then add the tapioca pearls. Keep stirring while water is boiling and until the tapioca peals are floating on the surface of the water .
Reduce heat to a low flame and continue to cook for 3~35 minutes (depending on the size of the pearls).
Turn off the heat and remain the pearls inside the pot and keep the cover of pot to be fully closed.
Scoop pearls out of the pot and rinse with cold water.
Tapioca pearls can be served with hot or cold beverage , eaten alone , or served as a partner of your favorite.
